Part of a multi-phase renovation, this phase creates a multi-use living, dining and kitchen space. In addition to reorganizing and updating the spaces, the project includes a dramatic wall of glass sliding doors to daylight the space and enhance the visual and physical connection to the lushly planted site. The style is clean contemporary to complement the house’s early 20th century transitional style and to backdrop the owner’s exceptional collection of vintage modern furniture. Primary materials are cherry, white carrara marble, and honed pietra grigio stone.
